Dan de Lyons
Dan de Lyons has practiced magick in some form for nearly 30 years, beginning with simple energy magick techniques, warming up to witchcraft, and eventually beginning a solitary Ceremonial Magick practice in 2010. This commencement with Ceremonial Magick coincides with his leaving the Adyar branch of The Theosophical Society, where he had worked as both Member Services Coordinator and a National Speaker for several years, giving talks and teaching classes. During that time, he was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason in the Eastern Order of International Co-Freemasonry.
Dan’s work has been published in the volume Questing SET Digest, compiled by Judith Page and Don Webb, where it appeared under his birth name of Daniel Noga. He is author and creator behind the Substack “Dark Twins,” where he writes about magick with a particular emphasis on exploring the themes of Self-Initiation and Left Hand Path philosophy in our world of ever-intensifying globalization and hyper-reality. These writings begin with a real-time documentation of a tarot working as employed in the Crossing of the Abyss, which gradually gives way to an exploration of his Word: Hermekate.
