Dismantle White Supremacy.

Believe the works, not the words. Words are empty sound. But the works show you the master.
— Paracelsus

Our namesake, Paracelsus (Latin for ‘beyond the stars’) was a lifelong student of teachers from all walks of life, and from all across Europe and beyond. Amongst others he perambulated amongst and learned from the people of Italy, Spain, North-Africa, Russia and Mongolia. He was both a true cosmopolitan - as well as a radical activist against any kind of privilege, elitism and supremacy. He was a man of all people(s) and a spirit of the stars. He applied his virtuous medical and occult skills to the poorest and richest of people, often traveling long distances to follow a particular call.

Paralibrum today is hosted by people of white, middle-aged backgrounds. Entirely in the spirit of Paracelsus, we do not see any time or space for white self-pity, but are committed to taking decisive action. Let’s start by educating ourselves and our white communities on how we all contributed to the dominance of white supremacy - and then quickly switch into action to allow for this no longer. Being anti-racism is nothing one can do in silence. Just like magic, so do ethics only count when put into action.

With this in mind, we recommend Maxwell Boise’s excellent resource list to learn more about white supremacy — and how to best start dismantling it together.
